Impact on the System

The NAS disk and related features become faulty.

Possible Causes

  • The link connecting to the NAS disk is disconnected.
  • The initiator of the NAS disk's link is deleted.
  • The mapping of the NAS disk is deleted.


  1. Check whether the link between the back-end and local devices is disconnected.

    1. If yes, refer to the Installation Guide of the corresponding product model. If the fault persists=> Step2.
    2. If no=> Step2.

  2. Check whether the initiator of a link is removed.

    1. If yes, add the initiator again. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
    2. If no=> Step3.

  3. Check whether the mapping of the corresponding NAS disk is deleted.

    1. If yes, add the mapping again. If the alarm persists=> Step4.
    2. If no=> Step4.

  4. Collect all related information and contact technical support engineers.
