Impact on the System

After the number of operation logs exceeds the upper limit, the system automatically dumps operation logs. The operation log list contains only the latest 1000 logs. You can choose System > Data Maintenance > Log Dump to download dumped logs.

Possible Causes

  • The system has been running for a long period of time.
  • A user performs operations too frequently.
  • The system is under violent external attacks.

  1. If the number of operation logs increases sharply in a short period of time and the results of most operations fail, the system may be under external attack. You need to perform the following operations to restrict the login IP address network segment of the user: Choose System > System Administrators > Administrators; in Administrators, select the user and click Modify on the Operation bar; in the dialog box that is displayed, click Select Login Network Segment. In the Select Login Network Segment area, click Modify to modify the login network segment.
