Impact on the System

Services related to LDAP become unavailable and the access to NFS shares by LDAP users are affected.

Possible Causes

  • The LDAPS certificate file is corrupted.
  • The LDAPS certificate file, private key file, or CA certificate file does not exist.


  1. Use DeviceManager or run the import certificate command on the CLI to import the LDAPS certificate again. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    1. If yes, no further action is required.
    2. If no=> Step2.

  1. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
