The FTP service is unavailable.

Possible Causes

  • The FTPS certificate file is damaged.
  • The FTPS certificate file, private key file, or CA certificate file does not exist.
  • Other reasons. For example, the configuration file is damaged or does not exist.

Procedure

  1. Use DeviceManager to restart the service. Alternatively, on the CLI, run the change service FTP running_status=running command to restart the service. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    1. If yes, no further action is required.
    2. If no=> Step2.

  1. Use DeviceManager to import the certificate again. Alternatively, on the CLI, run the import certificate command to import the FTPS certificate. Then restart the FTP service. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    1. If yes, no further action is required.
    2. If no=> Step3.

  2. Collect all related information and contact technical support engineers.
