Possible Causes

The VM operating system fails to be correctly powered off as scheduled.

Procedure

  1. Check VM status.

    1. If the VM is in the Paused state=> Step2.
    2. If the VM is in the Running state=> Step3.

  1. Restore the VM state. If the VM state is successfully restored to Running=> Step3. Otherwise, forcibly power off the VM.
  2. Attempt to shut down the computer from the VM or power off or forcibly power off the VM. If the VM still cannot be shut down=> Step4.
  3. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
