Possible Causes

  • The remote backup task is suspended due to a link fault.
  • The configured backup time in the policy is insufficient for a backup job.
  • The time required by remote backup increases because the system resource load is too heavy and consequently data replication is slow.

Procedure

  1. Check whether some backup jobs of the HyperVault are suspended or interrupted.
  1. If yes, resume the suspended or interrupted backup jobs. Then check whether the alarm is cleared. If yes=> Step2.
  2. If no=> Step2.
  1. Modify the remote time policy and prolong the backup interval. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
  2. Check whether the load of system resources is too heavy.

    1. If yes, suspend or cancel other tasks that consume system resources. Then check whether the alarm is cleared. If yes=> Step4.
    2. If no=> Step4.

  3. Collect all related information and contact technical support engineers.
