Possible Causes

  • The device is incorrectly communicating with the AD domain controller.
  • The DNS of the device is incorrectly configured.
  • The system time of the device is different from that of the AD domain controller.

Procedure

  1. Check the network connectivity between the device and AD domain controller.

    1. Check whether the device is correctly communicating with the AD domain controller.
    2. Contact the network administrator to rectify the network fault. Then check whether the alarm persists.If no, no further action is required.

    1. Check whether the DNS of the device is incorrectly configured.
