Possible Causes

  • I2C component on the expansion module is faulty.
  • The communication link between the expansion module and the enclosure breaks down.

Procedure

  1. Replace the expansion module. If the alarm persists=> Step2.
  2. Replace the expansion module enclosure. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
  3. Collect log information and contact technical support engineers. Method 1: On DeviceManager, choose "Settings" > "Export Data" to export log information. Method 2: On CLI, run the "export event" command to export log information.
