Impact on the System

  • The storage system may not work correctly.

Possible Causes

  • Power cables are removed or damaged.
  • No external power is available.
  • Input overvoltage or undervoltage occurs.
  • Power modules are faulty.


  1. Check whether power cables are correctly connected.

    1. If yes=> Step2.
    2. If no, connect the power cables correctly. If the alarm persists=> Step2.

  1. Check whether power cables are removed or damaged.

    1. If any power cable is removed, reinsert it. If the alarm persists=> 2.2.
    2. Replace the power cable. If the alarm persists=> Step3.

  2. Check whether the external power is available.

    1. If yes=> Step4.
    2. If no, supply power to the storage system correctly. If the alarm persists=> Step4.

  3. Check whether input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and undercurrent occurs.

    1. If yes, stabilize the external power voltage. If the alarm persists=> Step5.
    2. If no=> Step5.

  4. Check whether alarms on power module faults are generated.

    1. If yes, replace the faulty power modules. If the alarm persists=> Step6.
    2. If no=> Step6.

  5. Collect all related information and contact technical support engineers.
