Impact on the System

  • The storage system reliability decreases.
  • The storage system may not work correctly.

Possible Causes

  • Power cables are not securely connected or damaged.
  • The input voltage is too high or too low.
  • The power module is faulty.


  1. Check the power cables connected to the power module.

    1. If any power cable is not securely connected, reinsert the power cable. If the alarm persists=> 1.2
    2. Replace the power cable. If the alarm persists=> Step2.

  1. Check whether the input power voltage is too high or too low.

    1. If yes, stabilize the input power voltage. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
    2. If no=> Step3.

  2. Check whether alarms on power module faults are generated.

    1. If yes, replace the faulty power modules. If the alarm persists=> Step4.
    2. If no=> Step4.

  3. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
