Possible Causes

  • The NTP client is faulty.
  • The NTP server is faulty.
  • The controller encounters internal errors.


  1. Check whether the network connection between the controller and NTP server is correct.

    1. If yes=> Step2.
    2. If no, rectify the network connection fault. If the alarm persists=> Step2.

  1. Check whether the NTP service of the NTP server is correct.

    1. If yes=> Step3.
    2. If no, recover the NTP service. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
