USB Interface

The USB controller module is a device function controller that is compatible with the USB 3.0 (SuperSpeed), USB 2.0 (HighSpeed), and USB 1.1 (FullSpeed) protocols.

The USB controller has the following features:

  • Supports the device mode.
  • Provides one USB interface.
  • Is compatible with the USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1 protocols.

Table 3-6 describes the signal design requirements.

Function Description

USB3_RX_P/M

USB 3.0 RX differential signal. A 100 nF capacitor needs to be connected to the user PCB.

USB3_TX_P/M

USB 3.0 TX differential signal. A 100 nF capacitor has been connected in the module.

USB2_DP/M

USB 2.0 differential signal.

USB_VBUS

The USB device insertion detection is necessary for the device. The VBUS input signal cannot be directly connected to 5 V. The input level range of the USB device is 0 V to 3.3 V. The 30kΩ±1% resistor must be connected to 5 V in series.
