Figure 6-1 shows the dimensions of the Atlas 200.

The Atlas 200 supports two types of connectors, as shown in Figure 6-2.

When a 6 mm high connector is used, an 1.7 mm washer is required. Figure 6-3 shows the washer dimensions.

Figure 6-4 shows the washer installed on a PCB.

Figure 6-5 shows the dimensions of the positioning holes and no-component areas on the PCB.

Structure installation information (FHS, hole position and installation requirements of screws):

  • The upper and lower covers of the Atlas 200 are secured by two M2.5 x 6 screws with a torque of 3 kgf.
  • The Atlas 200 and the PCB are installed using two M2.5 x 12 screws (the specific length depends on the actual application scenario) and the surface mounting nut on the PCB. The fastening torque is 3 kgf.
  • Four M2 screw holes are reserved on the upper cover of the Atlas 200 to fix the heat sink. The heat sink can be selected based on product requirements.
  • Two guide holes are reserved for blind insertion and other scenarios.
