Replacing the SSD Cache

Run the following command to replace the SSD cache online or offline:

./ --op replaceSSDCache -id poolId -oldEsn oldSSDEsn -newEsn newSSDEsn -nodeMgrIp nodeMgrIp -type online/offline




Specifies an executable program for the tool.

--op replaceSSDCache

Replaces the SSD cache.

-id poolId

Specifies the ID of a storage pool.

-oldEsn oldSSDEsn

Specifies the ESN of the original SSD cache.

-newEsn newSSDEsn

Specifies the ESN of the new SSD cache.

-nodeMgrIp nodeMgrIp

Specifies the node management IP address.

-type online/offline

Specifies whether to replace the SSD cache online or offline.

An example is provided as follows:

dsware@FSM01:/opt/dsware/client/bin> sh --op replaceSSDCache -id 0 -oldEsn 969a0b61232342c838a818351d718 -newEsn 969a0b61232342c838a818351da05 -nodeMgrIp -type online
