Modifying Resource Pool Parameters

This operation is risky. You must confirm whether to continue to execute the command.

Run the following command to modify resource pool parameters:

./dswareTool.sh --op poolParametersOperation -opType modify -parameter paraName1:value1,paraName2:value2 -poolId poolId -ip(optional) ip1,ip2,ip3...

Parameter

Description

./dswareTool.sh

Specifies an executable program for the tool.

--op poolParametersOperation

Modifies resource pool parameters.

-opType modify

Specifies the operation type.

-parameter paraName1:value1,paraName2:value2

Specifies the parameter name and the new value for the parameter.

-poolId poolId

Specifies the ID of the resource pool whose parameters are to be modified, for example, 0.

-ip(optional) ip1,ip2,ip3...

Specifies the IP addresses of the node for which resource pool parameters are to be modified, for example, 192.168.60.51,192.168.60.52,192.168.60.53.

An IPv4 example is provided as follows:

dsware@FSM01:/opt/dsware/client/bin> sh dswareTool.sh --op poolParametersOperation -opType modify -parameter high_average_same_lba_period:3.0 -poolId 0 -ip 192.168.60.51
