Migrating a ZooKeeper Node

Run the following command to migrate the specified ZooKeeper to the target node:

NOTE:

Modify configuration file /opt/dsware/client/conf/manage_cluster.xml according to the actual situation. The format of the configuration file is as follows:

IPV4:

Parameters in the configuration file

Indicates the management IP address of the target ZK node.

zkType

Indicates the ZK metadata disk type of the target ZK node.

sas_disk, sata_disk, partition, ssd_disk, or ssd_card

zkDiskSlot

Indicates the slot ID of the metadata disk on the target ZK node. This parameter is required only for independent disks.

Indicates the cluster name.

Specifies an executable program for the tool.

--op migrateZookeeper

Migrates ZK nodes.

-ip

Indicates the management IP address of the source ZK node to be migrated. Use commas (,) to separate multiple IP addresses.

An IPv4 example is provided as follows:

[dsware@FSM01 bin]$ sh dswareTool.sh --op migrateZookeeper -f /opt/dsware/client/conf/manage_cluster.xml -ip 192.168.0.1
