Stopping a Storage Pool

This operation is risky. You must confirm whether to continue to execute the command.

Run the following command to stop a storage pool:

sh dswareTool.sh --op stopStoragePool -id poolId -force true/false

Parameter

Description

dswareTool.sh

Specifies an executable program for the tool.

--op stopStoragePool

Stops a storage pool.

-id poolId

Specifies the ID of the storage pool.

-force true/false

Specifies whether to forcibly stop the storage pool. The default value indicates not to forcibly stop the storage pool. This parameter is optional.

An example is provided as follows:

dsware@FSM01:/opt/dsware/client/bin> ./dswareTool.sh --op stopStoragePool -id 0 -force true
