What Do I Do If Images in the Exported Files Are Blank in Red Hat or CentOS?
Symptom
When a task of exporting data or monitoring information is created, no icon is displayed in locations where an image should occur.
Possible Cause
Required fonts are not installed.
Recommended Actions
- In the Packages directory of the operating system installation CD-ROM, obtain the five rpm files starting with fontpackages-filesystem, fontconfig, fontconfig-devel, cjkuni-uming-fonts, and cjkuni-ukai-fonts. Upload the files to the SystemReporter server.
- Run command rpm -ivh to install fonts.
- Run command fc-cache -fv to load fonts.
