How Can I Clear the Cookies of a Browser
Symptom
Clear the cookies of a browser if the following problems occur:
- If there are too many user-defined objects in real-time monitoring, historical monitoring, or performance data analysis, the browser may stop responding. In this case, you need to clear the cookies of the browser and define objects again.
- The message Request timed out or abnormal network. Please retry later. is displayed when you view performance data on the monitoring interface. You cannot view monitoring data properly.
Possible Causes
Possible causes are as follows:
- The memory is insufficient.
- The browser memory overflows and data cannot be loaded properly.
Recommended Actions
- Internet Explorer
- After activating the browser, press Ctrl+Shift+Del to go to the Delete Browsing History dialog box.
- Select Cookies and click Delete.
- Chrome
- After activating the browser, press Ctrl+Shift+Del to go to the Clear browsing data dialog box.
- Select Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data and click Clear browsing data.
- Firefox
- After activating the browser, press Ctrl+Shift+Del to go to the Clear All History dialog box.
- In Time range to clear, select the time range. In the Details area, select Cookie and click Clear Now.
- Safari
- After activating the browser, choose .
- On the page that is displayed, click Privacy.
- On the Privacy tab page, click Details after Cookies and other website data.
NOTE:
If you want to delete all cookies, click Remove All.
- In the dialog box that is displayed, select the cookies that you want to remove and click Remove.
