Viewing a Capacity Trend Report
This section describes how to view the current capacity status of arrays, storage pools, disk domains, hosts, LUN groups, snapshot LUNs, thin LUNs, file systems and quota trees. You can forecast the capacity trend based on the capacity statistics of a past period.
NOTE: - Storage system capacity algorithms: 1 PB = 1,024 TB, 1 TB = 1,024 GB, 1 GB = 1,024 MB, 1 MB = 1,024 KB, 1 KB = 1,024 Bytes.
- When the allocated capacity or used capacity is greater than the total capacity, the total capacity is displayed on SystemReporter.
- Array Capacity
SystemReporter allows you to view the capacity trend view of a array during a past period. You can export, save, and forecast the trend view to facilitate the capacity indicator analysis of the array. - Storage Pool Capacity
SystemReporter allows you to view the capacity trend view of a storage pool during a past period of time. You can export, save, and forecast the trend view to facilitate the capacity indicator analysis of the storage pool. - Disk Domain Capacity
SystemReporter allows you to view the capacity trend view of a disk domain during a past period. You can export, save, and forecast the trend view to facilitate the capacity indicator analysis of the disk domain. - Host Capacity
SystemReporter allows you to view the capacity trend view of a host during a past period. You can export, save, and forecast the trend view to facilitate the capacity indicator analysis of the host. - LUN Group Capacity
