This document is applicable to OceanStor 5300 V5, 5500 V5, 5600 V5, 5800 V5, 6800 V5, 5300F V5, 5500F V5, 5600F V5, 5800F V5 and 6800F V5. This document describes how to download and install OceanStor SystemReporter, and how to use SystemReporter and troubleshoot the common issues.

Uninstalling SystemReporter
Uninstalling SystemReporter
This section describes how to uninstall SystemReporter.
Before uninstalling SystemReporter, be aware that this operation will cause the loss of SystemReporter monitoring data, configuration information, and registration information.
Procedure
Uninstall SystemReporter in Windows.
Choose Start > All Programs > SystemReporter > Uninstall System. The Warning dialog box is displayed.
In the Warning dialog box, click OK. The dialog box for confirming the SystemReporter uninstallation is displayed.
Click OK to complete the uninstallation.
Optional: Manually delete the folder where the SystemReporter installation package resides.
Optional: Manually uninstall the GaussDB database. Run the uninstallgauss.bat command to uninstall the Gauss database and then delete the Gauss database installation directory manually.
NOTE:
This operation is required when the SystemReporter is upgraded from a version earlier than V300R003C20 to V300R003C20SPC200.
This operation is not required if the SystemReporter is V300R003C20SPC200 and was not upgraded.
Uninstall SystemReporter in Linux.
Run the cd /opt/reporter/Runtime/bin command to go to the installation directory.
Run the sh cliUninstall.sh command to uninstall SystemReporter.
Linux-sr:/opt/reporter/Runtime/bin # sh cliUninstall.sh
If the following information is displayed, type y and press Enter.
Are you sure to uninstall system! Please input y/n.
If the following command output is displayed, SystemReporter is successfully uninstalled.
SystemReporter software uninstallation succeeded.
Optional: Manually delete the folder where the SystemReporter installation package resides.
