Uninstalling SystemReporter
This section describes how to uninstall SystemReporter.
Prerequisites
SystemReporter services have been stopped. For details, see Stopping SystemReporter Services.
Precaution
Before uninstalling SystemReporter, be aware that this operation will cause the loss of SystemReporter monitoring data, configuration information, and registration information.
Procedure
- Uninstall SystemReporter in Windows.
- Optional: Manually uninstall the GaussDB database. Run the uninstallgauss.bat command to uninstall the Gauss database and then delete the Gauss database installation directory manually.
NOTE:
- This operation is required when the SystemReporter is upgraded from a version earlier than V300R003C20 to V300R003C20SPC200.
- This operation is not required if the SystemReporter is V300R003C20SPC200 and was not upgraded.
- Optional: Manually uninstall the GaussDB database. Run the uninstallgauss.bat command to uninstall the Gauss database and then delete the Gauss database installation directory manually.
- Uninstall SystemReporter in Linux.
