How to Address No Response Issues During SystemReporter Installation in Windows
Symptom
During SystemReporter installation on Windows, when you double-click install.vbe, the Install SystemReporter wizard page is not displayed.
NOTE: Starting or uninstalling
SystemReporter may also cause this problem.
Possible Cause
The CLI is abnormally closed, which might cause background tasks of the SystemReporter system to be abnormally ended.
Recommended Actions
Under the c:/users/xxx directory, delete tmp files. xxx indicates the current user name.
If you do not deal with the problem according to above action, please contact HUAWEI technical support.
