Querying the iBMC IP Address
Scenarios
Query the IP address of the iBMC on the server using the BIOS.
The value of the iBMC IP address ranges from 1.x.x.x to 223.x.x.x, excluding 127.x.x.x.
Procedure
- Access the BIOS. For details, see Accessing the BIOS.
- Press ← or → to switch to the Advanced screen shown in Figure 3-9, which is an example screen for TaiShan 200 (model 2280).
- Select IPMI iBMC Configuration and press Enter.The IPMI iBMC Configuration screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 3-10.
- Select iBMC Configuration and press Enter.
The iBMC Config screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 3-11 and Figure 3-12.
- View the required IP address information.
