Boot
This section describes how to set the boot type, sequence, and process on the Boot screen.
Figure 4-71 shows the Boot screen and Table 4-51 describes the parameters.
A boot partition can have only one boot option. If the boot files used by multiple boot options are in the same boot partition, the BIOS retains only one boot option and deletes the others.

If the system does not have boot options such as hard drives, NICs, CD/DVD-ROM drives or images, the EFI screen does not display the corresponding boot options. For example, if there is no hard drive option, the Hard Disk Driver option is not displayed. |
