Replacing a Differential Pressure Switch
Prerequisites
- A differential pressure switch needs to be replaced.
- A spare differential pressure switch of the same model is available and functional.
- Tool: Phillips screwdriver
Procedure
- Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the display module.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the home screen of the display module.
- Open the rear door and remove the air filter.
- Turn off the active power switch QF1 and standby power switch QF2. (For the model with a single power supply, you do not need to turn off QF2.)
- Remove the pressure inlet tube.
- Remove the screws on the top cover of the differential pressure switch and cable screws using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the cables.
- Remove the four screws using a Phillips screwdriver and remove the differential pressure switch.
- Set the new differential pressure switch to 250 Pa.Figure 11-7 Setting the differential pressure switch
- Install the new differential pressure switch and the pressure tube, and connect the cables.Figure 11-8 Installing a differential pressure switch
- Install the air filter and close the rear door.
- Power on the device and tap Start on the home screen. Ensure that the smart cooling product is running normally without any alarms.
