Yes. The combo interface on an SRU can connect to a 100M optical module. However, when the combo interface on a SRU connects to a 100M optical module, it does not support auto-negotiation mode. Therefore, the peer device must use a 100M optical module and the peer interface must be manually configured to work in 100M full duplex mode.
