Context

The inter-frame gap (IFG) differentiates two data packets. Setting a proper IFG can adjust data packet forwarding efficiency.

The AR6140-16G4XG supports configuring the IFG.
AR6140H-S supports configuring the IFG.
The SRU-100H, SRU-200H, SRU-400HK, SRU-600HK, SRU-400H, and SRU-600H MPU devices support configuring the IFG.
The SRU-100HH MPU devices support configuring the IFG.
The interface on 8FE1GE card supports configuring the IFG.

Procedure

Run system-view
The system view is displayed.
Run interface interface-type interface-number
The interface view is displayed.
Run ifg ifg-value
The IFG is configured.
