Enabling MSDP
Context
To enable all rendezvous points (RPs) on a network to share source information and to minimize the number of MSDP—enabled devices, it is recommended that you configure MSDP only on the RPs on the network.
After MSDP is enabled, the MSDP view is displayed. You can perform other MSDP configurations in the MSDP view. Enabling MSDP is the prerequisite for other MSDP configurations.
