Impact on the System
If the key of internal key management service is lost, it cannot be restored using the backup. Maybe data encrypted with the key of internal key management service cannot be decrypted and be lost.
Possible Causes
- The server address is incorrectly configured.
- The network between the storage array and the server is disconnected.
- The user name and password of the server are incorrectly configured.
- The server path does not exist, the path does not have the write permission, or the path has insufficient space.
Procedure
- Check whether the server address is correctly configured.
- If no, correct the configured address.
- If yes=> Step2.
- Check whether the user name and password of the server are correctly configured.
- If no, correct the configured user name and password.
- If yes=> Step3.
- Check whether the network between the controller and the server is normal.
- If no, restore the network.
- If yes=> Step4.
- Check whether the server path is correctly configured and whether the path has the permission to write files.
- If no, correct the configuration.
- If yes=> Step5.
