- The local port is faulty.
- The peer port is faulty.

Procedure
- Check whether the dual-uplink networking is used for the high-end high-density enclosure.
- Check whether any expansion cable is damaged.
- Check whether expansion cables are securely connected.
- Replace the module where the local expansion port resides. If the alarm persists=> Step5.
- Replace the module where the peer expansion port resides. If the alarm persists=> Step6.
