Description
The host has incorrect access permissions for HyperMetro consistency group. It can access the remote member LUN but cannot access the local member LUN.

After the HyperMetro is disconnected, the host may be assigned access permissions for both the member LUNs, which may cause data inconsistency.
Possible Causes
When the active-active relationship is abnormal, the local member LUN wins the arbitration, but the remote member LUN is forcibly started.
Procedure
- Check whether the remote member LUN is forcibly started.
- Check whether data on the local member LUN can be overwritten based on service access.
- Start synchronization for the HyperMetro. If the alarm persists after the synchronization=> Step4.
- Collect all related information and contact technical support engineers.
