Possible Causes
- The ambient temperature exceeds the upper limit.
- Fan modules are faulty.
- The BBU module is faulty.
Procedure
- Check whether alarms are generated indicating faults of fan modules in the enclosure that houses the BBU module.
- Replace the BBU module. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
- Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
