Possible Causes
- The cable is not connected or is damaged.
- The optical module or interface module is faulty.
- The switch port is faulty, the switch is powered off, or the configurations are incorrect.
- The heterogeneous array is faulty or powered off.
Procedure
- Check the switch status and configurations. If the cables are not connected, the optical module on the switch is faulty, or the switch is faulty, powered off, or incorrectly configured, rectify the fault. If the alarm persists=> Step2.
- Check the status of the heterogeneous array. If the cables are not connected, the optical module on the heterogeneous array is faulty, the interface module is faulty, or the heterogeneous disk array is faulty or powered off, rectify the fault. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
- Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
