Description
The storage system failed to identify an interface module in a controller enclosure or a disk enclosure.

Possible Causes
- The interface module is damaged.
- An incorrect interface module is inserted.
- The controller is faulty.
Procedure
- Check whether a new controller has been inserted in the past 15 minutes and other controllers are working properly.
- Replace the interface module. If the alarm persists=> Step3.
- Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
