0xF03370005 Alarm Dump Server Is Unavailable

Possible Causes
- The server address is incorrectly configured.
- The storage system is disconnected from the server.
- The user name and password for logging in to the server are incorrectly configured.
- The path of dump servers does not exist, does not have the write permission, or does not have sufficient space.
Procedure
- Check whether the server address is correctly configured.
- Check whether the network connection between the controller and the server is correct.
- Check whether the user name and password of the server are correctly configured.
- Check whether the dump server path is configured correctly and has the write permission, and the storage space is used up.
- If the configuration is incorrect, configure the correct directory permission. After the operation is complete, click the "Test" button on the dump configuration page. If the dump still fails=> 4.2.
- If the configuration directory does not have the write permission, configure the correct permission. After the operation is complete, click the "Test" button on the dump configuration page. If the dump still fails=> 4.3.
