Installing a PSU
Installing an AC PSU
- The server supports two PSUs. The methods for installing the two PSUs are the same. This following describes how to install one PSU as an example.
- The same model of PSUs must be used in a server.
Procedure
- Take the spare part out of its ESD bag.
- Determine the position of the PSU.Figure 8-58 Positions of PSUs
- Remove the PSU filler panel.
Perform this operation only when a PSU filler panel is installed.

- Connect the power cable to the PSU.

- Power on the server.
For details, see Power-On Procedure.
- Log in to the iBMC WebUI, and check whether the new component is normal.
