Wearing an ESD Wrist Strap
A cabinet or chassis is properly grounded.
- Put on the ESD wrist strap. See Figure 6-3.
- Fasten the strap buckle and ensure that the ESD wrist strap is in contact with your skin.
- Insert the ground terminal of the ESD wrist strap into the ESD jack in a cabinet or chassis.
