A Server Fails to Identify an Atlas 300I Inference Card Due to Inconsistent Firmware Versions
Symptom
In the capacity expansion or spare part replacement scenario, the built-in firmware version of an Atlas 300I inference card to be added or replaced is inconsistent with the firmware version of the Atlas 300I inference card installed on a server. As a result, the server fails to identify the Atlas 300I inference card or the Atlas 300I inference card is lost during service running.
Solution
Upgrade the firmware and driver on the Atlas 300I inference card to ensure that all Atlas 300I inference card versions on the server are the same. For details, see the Atlas 300I Inference Card NPU Driver and Firmware Upgrade Guide (Models 3000, 3010).
