Installing a Cabinet
Secured Installation (Recommended)
- Determine the position for installing the cabinet. Mark mounting holes based on the marking-off template or drawing.Figure 5-12 Mounting holes (unit: mm)
- Use a hammer drill to drill holes for installing expansion bolts and then install expansion sleeves in the holes.
- Drill a hole into the concrete floor using a hammer drill. The hole depth ranges from 52 mm to 60 mm.
- Partially tighten the expansion bolt and vertically insert it into the hole. Knock the expansion bolt using a rubber mallet until the expansion sleeve is fully inserted into the hole.
- Partially tighten the expansion bolt.
- Remove the bolt, spring washer, and flat washer.
Knock the expansion bolt into the hole until the expansion sleeve completely fits into the hole. The expansion sleeve must be completely buried under the ground to facilitate subsequent installation.

- Move the cabinet over its castors to the installation position.
- Open the front door of the cabinet and remove the four plugs from the bottom of the cabinet.Figure 5-14 Removing plugs
- Insert M12x115 expansion bolts into the expansion bolt holes in the floor and tighten the expansion bolts.
- If the cabinet is installed on a steel floor, M12x45 screws are used.
- If the cabinet is installed against a wall, remove the lower three layers of trays, install anchor bolts, and reinstall the trays.

Non-Secured Installation
- Adjust the four anchor bolts at the bottom of the cabinet until all the four castors at the bottom hang in the air and the anchor bolts bear all of the cabinet weight.Figure 5-16 Castors hanging in the air
- Check the cabinet levelness using a level instrument. If the cabinet is not level, wrench the anchor bolts.
