Installing and Combining Cabinets
- When routing and installing the fire-trace tube and dry contact cable, exercise caution and do not scratch them.
- Do not bend or twist the fire-trace tube or bind the tube using cable ties. Otherwise, the extinguishant may leak.
- Determine the cabinet installation position. - Use a hammer drill to drill holes for installing expansion bolts and then install expansion bolts in the holes.
- Drill a hole into the concrete floor using a hammer drill. The hole depth ranges from 52 mm to 60 mm.
- Partially tighten the expansion bolt and vertically insert it into the hole. Knock the expansion bolt using a rubber mallet until the expansion sleeve is fully inserted into the hole.
- Partially tighten the expansion bolt.
- Remove the bolt, spring washer, and flat washer.
- Move the cabinets to the installation positions.
- Move the SmartLi cabinet over its castors to the installation position.
- Move the lithium battery side cabinet to the installation position.
- Open the door of the lithium battery cabinet and remove the front door panel from the lithium battery side cabinet.
- Secure the cabinets.
- Install connecting plates between cabinets.
- Remove the two plugs from the bottom of the SmartLi cabinet.
- Secure the SmartLi using M12x115 bolts, and secure the lithium battery side cabinet using M12x60 bolts.
