How do I disable the default account admin?
The network component has been installed.
Answer
- Log in to the eSight server as the ossuser user.
- Go to eSight installation directory\AppBase\tools\disableadmin.
- Run the following command:
sh disableadmin.sh
- Enter y to confirm the operation.
- Enter disable to disable the account or enable to enable the account.
- Enter the password of an account other than the default administrator admin to verify the login.
- When the message "operation succeeded" is displayed, the admin account is disabled or enabled successfully.
