How Do I Configure a VM as an Exclusive Resource

- To configure the Fusion Sphere VM, perform the following operations:
- Open the FusionSphere management page and choose Resources > Computing > Flavors from the main menu.
Create a VM specification.
- Click Create Flavor.
- Set the following parameters based on eSight VM requirements:
- vCPU Bound to Physical Thread: Set this parameter to Enabled.
- Real-time Instance: Set this parameter to Enabled.
You can also use an existing VM flavor that meets the parameter requirements.
- Choose Resources > Computing > Compute Instances from the main menu and click the VM to be configured.
- Click the Hardware tab, click Modify, select the created VM flavor, and click OK.
- Restart the VM.
- Open the FusionSphere management page and choose Resources > Computing > Flavors from the main menu.
