(Optional) Rolling Back the NTP Server Configuration (eLTE Management Scenarios)
If any problem occurs when configuring the NTP server, you need to roll back the configuration.
Prerequisites
If the active and standby servers are connected, separate the servers by referring to "Disconnecting the Primary and Secondary Servers " in Appendix.
Procedure
- Log in to the eSight server as the ossuser user.
- Run the following command to switch to user root.
su - root
- Access the tool configuration directory.
# cd eSight installation directory/AppBase/tools/ewl
In the preceding command, eSight installation directory indicates the actual eSight installation directory. Change it based on the site scenario.
- Roll back to the original NTP server.
./restoreNTPConfig.sh
If "restore NTP configuration successfully." is displayed, the NTP server is rolled back successfully.
