Storage System Delivered as Bay
This chapter describes the planning and installation procedure for storage systems delivered as bay.
- Before mounting a device into the cabinet, do not move the device without using original packaging materials provided by Huawei. Do not install the device in a third-party cabinet and transport it.
- If you need to move a device to a different equipment room after unpacking, pack the device with the original packaging materials provided by Huawei.
- Packed devices can be stored for a maximum of six months. After being unpacked, the devices must be powered on within seven days.
- Once the device has been powered on and you want to power it off, it cannot stay in the off state for more than 7 days.
