Enabling DR Star Trios
This section describes how to enable DR Star trios.
Prerequisites
- The running status of DR Star trios is not Invalid.
- The local device communicates properly with the HyperMetro remote device and asynchronous remote replication remote device.
Procedure
- Choose Data Protection > Protection Entities > Protection Groups.
- Click the DR Star Trios tab, select the desired DR Star trio, and click Enable.
Alternatively, select one of the following methods to enable a DR Star trio:
- Select the desired DR Star trio, click
on the right, and select Enable.
- Click the name of the desired DR Star trio. In the upper right corner of the page displayed, click Operation, and select Enable.
- Choose Services > Block Service > LUN Groups. Click the name of the desired LUN group. The LUN group information is displayed on the right. Click the Protection tab, and then select DR Star from the drop-down list below. Select the desired DR Star trio and click Enable.
- Choose Data Protection > Protection Entities > Protection Groups > Protection Groups.
- Click the name of the desired PG. The PG information is displayed on the right. Click the Protection tab, and then select DR Star from the drop-down list below. Select the desired DR Star trio and click Enable.
- Click the value in the DR Star Trios column if the value is not 0. Select the desired DR Star trio and click Enable.
- Select the desired DR Star trio, click
on the right, and select Enable.
