Deleting DR Star Trios

Prerequisites

The running status of DR Star trios is Disabled or Invalid.

Procedure

1. Choose Data Protection > Protection Entities > Protection Groups.
2. Click the DR Star Trios tab. Select the desired DR Star trio and click Delete.

   Confirm your operation as prompted.

   Alternatively, select one of the following methods to delete a DR Star trio:

   • Select the desired DR Star trio, click on the right, and select Delete.
   • Click the name of the desired DR Star trio. In the upper right corner of the page displayed, click Operation, and select Delete.

3. Determine whether to select Delete the DR Star trios of the local device when they are disabled or invalid based on site conditions.

   Confirm your operation as prompted.

   If the running status of DR Star trios is Disabled and the local device communicates properly with the HyperMetro remote device and asynchronous remote replication remote device, you can select Delete the DR Star trios of the local device when they are disabled or invalid to locally delete the DR Star trio. You can also deselect the option to globally delete the DR Star trio. If the running status of the DR Star trio is Invalid or Disabled and links are disconnected, you can select the option to locally delete the DR Star trio.
