Failure of Site B
This section describes how the DR Star trio handles the failure of site B and how it restores to the original state before the failure.
DR Mechanism
Services are not affected by the failure of the non-preferred site of HyperMetro. Asynchronous remote replication between sites A and C is normal.
Restoration
After site B recovers, the HyperMetro relationship between sites A and B is restored. The Recovery Policy of HyperMetro takes effect. If the Recovery Policy is Automatic, incremental data synchronization is automatically performed between sites A and B. If the Recovery Policy is Manual, click Synchronize manually. In this case, the original network is restored, and service continuity is not affected.
