IP performance optimization is a basic feature of a switch and is not under license control.
Feature Support in V200R019C10
All models of S7700 series switches support IP performance optimization.
Feature Limitations
If a device is upgraded from V200R009C00 or an earlier version to a version later than V200R009C00 and earlier than V200R019C00, the fast ICMP reply function is enabled by default on the upgraded device regardless of whether the device is enabled with this function or not before upgrade. In other cases, whether the fast ICMP reply function is enabled does not change with upgrade or downgrade.
A device can only forward ICMPv4 packets with the Option field at Layer 3. Other IPv4 packets with the Option field will be discarded.
