Possible Causes
The certificate does not exist.
The certificate and private key do not match.
Procedure
Run the display pki certificate command to check whether the certificate exists.
If not, apply for a new certificate.
If so, go to step 2.
Run the pki match-rsa-keycertificate-filename command in the system view to check whether the certificate matches the key pair.
If not, apply for a certificate that matches the key pair.
If so, collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support.
