ACLE
ACLE/3/IPC_FAIL
Parameters
Parameter Name | Parameter Meaning |
---|---|
[ULONG] | Indicates the slot ID of the LPU. |
MessageName | Indicates the name of message
where an IPC error occurs, for example:
|
Procedure
- Run the display device command to check
whether the LPU has registered.
- If so, go to step 3.
- If not, go to step 2.
- If the LPU has not registered, IPC communication fails, which is normal. This log is informational only, and no action is required.
- Collect log information about IPC message sending failures of the LPU, and contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
ACLE/3/POLICY_APPLY
Parameters
Parameter Name | Parameter Meaning |
---|---|
[STRING] | Indicates the view to which a traffic policy is applied. |
ErrorInformation | Indicates the error reason. |
Procedure
- Run the display traffic-policy applied-record command to check whether the traffic policy is applied successfully.
- If so, no further action is required.
- If not, go to step 2.
- Check whether MQC has a configuration conflict according
to error information in the logs.
- If so, go to step 3.
- If not, go to step 4.
- Remove the conflicting configuration and reconfigure a
traffic policy. Run the display traffic-policy applied-record command to check whether the new traffic policy is applied successfully.
- If so, no further action is required.
- If not, go to step 7.
- Check whether MQC has insufficient resources according
to error information in the logs.
- If so, go to step 5.
- If not, go to step 7.
- Run the display traffic-policy applied-record command to check whether redundant traffic policies are configured.
- If so, go to step 6.
- If not, go to step 7.
- Delete redundant traffic policies and reconfigure a traffic
policy. Run the display traffic-policy applied-record command to check whether the new traffic policy is applied successfully.
- If so, no further action is required.
- If not, go to step 7.
- Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.

Parameters
Parameter Name | Parameter Meaning |
---|---|
STRING1 |
Indicates the name of a traffic policy. |
STRING2 |
Indicates the slot ID to which the traffic policy is applied. |
STRING3 |
Indicates the direction in which the traffic policy is applied. |
STRING4 |
Indicates the dropped packet statistics collected using the traffic policy. |

- If not, go to step 2.
- Check whether there is a configuration conflict according to error information in the logs.
- If so, go to step 3.
- If not, go to step 4.
- Remove the conflicting configuration, reconfigure an ACL-based simplified traffic policy, and run the display traffic-applied record command to check whether the new ACL-base simplified traffic policy is applied successfully.
- If so, no further action is required.
- If not, go to step 7.
- Check whether MQC has insufficient ACL resources according to error information in the logs.
- If so, go to step 5.
- If not, go to step 7.
- Run the display traffic-applied record command to check whether redundant ACL-based simplified traffic policies are configured.
- If so, go to step 6.
- If not, go to step 7.
- Delete redundant ACL-based simplified traffic policies, reconfigure an ACL-based simplified traffic policy, and run the display traffic-applied record command to check whether the new ACL-based simplified traffic policy is applied successfully.
